Durum WHEAT semolina, ground hen EGGS (20%), water.

 

FILLING INGREDIENTS (32%)

Grated breadstick (strong WHEAT flour, water, salt) mortadella (pork meat, pork grease, salt, dextrose, strong WHEAT flour, aromas. Preservative: E250. Antioxidant: E301), meat beef (20%), ricotta (whey from cow’s MILK, MILK, acidity corrector: lactic acid), salt, mix of cheese (1,7%) (MILK, salt, curd, preservative: EGG lysozyme), spices, garlic. May contain SOYA.

 

CONSERVATION

Refrigerate at + 4°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

 

COOKING

Cook in salted boiling water.
