Durum WHEAT semolina, ground hen EGGS (20%), water.

 

FILLING INGREDIENTS (48%)

Ricotta 72% (whey from cow’s MILK, MILK, acidity corrector: lactic acid), grated breadstick (strong WHEAT flour type “0”, water, salt), mix of cheeses (1,9%)(MILK, salt, curd, preservatives: EGG lysozyme), salt, dehydrated spinach (1,4%), nutmeg. May contain SOYA.

 

CONSERVATION

Refrigerate at +4°C. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

 

COOKING

Cook in salted boiling water for 4/5 minuti
