Our wholemeal tortelloni are at their delicious best served with a four-cheese sauce made with taleggio, groviera, parmesan (Grana Padano) and Asiago. For those with a more refined palate, serve with a creamed haricot bean and shrimp sauce.
Durum WHEAT wholemeal semolina, water.
Refrigerate at +4°C. Once opened, use the product within 2/3 days. The pasta can be kept in the freezer at -20°C for up to 3 months.
Cook in boiling salted water for approx. 4/6 minutes.
