Wholemeal bigoli are ideal with seasonal vegetables, like asparagus, courgettes and tomatoes. Quick recipe: tomato and a pinch of chilli pepper, fresh tomatoes, salted ricotta and basil.
Durum WHEAT wholemeal semolina, water.
Refrigerate at +4°C. Once opened, use the product within 2/3 days. The pasta can be kept in the freezer at -20°C for up to 3 months.
Cook in boiling salted water for approx. 8/10 minutes.
